James Montee

James Montee was born in Kansas City, Missouri in 1958. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drury College (Springfield) in 1976. James then went on to the University of Missouri-Columbia School of law. While in law school James was a member of the Missouri Law Review and the Board of Advocates. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1980.

Mr. Montee was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge William H. Billings, Missouri Supreme Court, from 1983 to 1984. James is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (Board of Governors), and the Kansas Trial Attorneys Association.

James Montee practice areas include, personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, workers compensation, medical malpractice and employment discrimination.
