Christina S. Smith

Christina Smith graduated from Missouri Western State College in May of 1997. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Ms. Smith received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in May of 2000.

Ms. Smith was employed by the Montee Law Firm from June of 2000 until January of 2003. She was employed thereafter with Cady and Campbell until September 2005 when she returned to her current employer, the Montee Law Firm.

She has practiced law in the areas of personal injury, worker’s compensation, family law, criminal law and social security disability. Ms. Smith was the assistant City Attorney for the City of Northmoor, Village of Ferrelview and Lake Waukomis. She is currently a member of the Platte County Bar Association, Buchanan County Bar Association and ATLA.
